MAGPROST has 20 yesrs history of builting our own manufacturing logistic networks in china
\nUnder the background that many foreign companies have to withdraw from China\uff0c
\nAlso, some company is setting China as major market to expand.
\nSince MAGPROST established shanghai branch in China\uff0c
\nTo order to implement the standardization of quality\uff0cwe made great efforts to share information with Chinese factories
\nNow\uff0c with stable trust relationship with Chinese factories\uff0c
\nwe get consistant quality with superior price,
\nOn the other hand, we get great reputation from customer cause of very competitive price.
\nThis is because we know the manufacturing process very well ,and we can solove many problems during produciton.<\/p>\n

Now, we’re not satisfied with actual test data
\nUse the experience from optimizing product during development to product design.
\nChinese factories also improved their awareness and sense of responsibility for quality and optimization than years ago.
\nEspecially they have been doing great to accept customers’ suggestion, and further implement to many other processes.
\nAs a result, complaint to quality has reduced significantly.<\/p>\n

Below is an example of mutual business with Chinese factories for the implementation of MAGPROST quality.
\nThe NG rate was too high in fty , and NG products were mixed in shipment for couple years.
\nThe fty proposed the termination of this product
\nAbout this\uff0cMAGPROST reviewed past production performance\uff0cand the production operation content\uff0c
\nAlso promoted and imported inspection procedure from Niigata branch Plant\uff0cand achieved decrease of the NG rate in the project
\nAnd produciton was able to continue.<\/p>\n
